竞赛驱动的跨学科人才培养路径与特征研究

【摘要】 跨学科人才培养是高等学校推动科技创新与培养科创人才的有效途径。以北京科技大学智能汽车竞赛人才培养为研究案例,综合北美研究型大学跨学科人才改革项目特点,探索竞赛驱动的跨学科人才培养具体实践路径。从竞赛理念、模式与考核,分析跨学科人才培养特征,为我国“双一流”高校开展基于竞赛驱动的跨学科工程人才培养提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 Interdisciplinary talent training is an effective approach for colleges and universities to promote scientific and technological innovation and cultivate innovative talents. Taking the talent training for the Intelligent Vehicle Competition at the University of Science and Technology Beijing as a research case, and integrating the characteristics of interdisciplinary talent reform projects in North American research universities, this study explores the specific practical paths of competition-driven interdisciplinary talent training. It analyzes the characteristics of interdisciplinary talent training from three aspects, competition philosophy, competition mode, and assessment methods, providing references for "Double First-Class" universities in China to carry out competition-driven interdisciplinary engineering talent training.
