双源动力动车组内燃动力包热流场仿真计算分析
Simulation and analysis of thermal flow field in diesel power pack of dual-power EMU
【摘要】 双源动力动车组采用内燃-电力双模驱动,提升了能源效率,其核心内燃动力包是一款高度集成的柴油发电系统,负责为牵引网络供电。为了对双源动力动车组内燃动力包内部及周围的复杂三维流动与传热过程进行系统性仿真与分析,采用CFD方法,结合Creo与ANSYS Icepak软件,建立了内燃动力包的热流场有限元模型并完成网格划分。对模型进行仿真计算,得到了内部的温度与流场分布,对结果进行分析并对结构进行了优化,得到的模型进行仿真后具备更好的安全性与可靠性。
【Abstract】 The dual-power multiple unit, with its diesel-electric dual-mode drive, enhances energy efficiency. Its core diesel power pack is a highly integrated diesel generation system responsible for supplying power to the traction network. To systematically simulate and analyze the complex three-dimensional flow and heat transfer processes inside and around the diesel power pack of the dual-power multiple unit, the CFD method was employed. Using Creo and ANSYS Icepak software, a finite element model of the thermal-flow field for the diesel power pack was established and meshed. Simulation calculations were performed on the model to obtain the internal temperature and flow field distributions. The results were analyzed, and structural optimizations were carried out. Subsequent simulations of the improved model demonstrated enhanced safety and reliability.
