【摘要】 围绕山东打造北方地区经济重要增长极的战略定位，构建经济增长极指标体系，并对经济增长极指数的时空分布和空间相关性进行分析，进一步选取长三角、珠三角、京津冀、成渝、长江中游等经济增长极区域，与山东进行分维度比较。研究发现，山东已成为京津冀之外北方地区最具支撑作用的重要增长板块，在产业基础、增长能力、交通体系和沿黄达海区位功能等方面具备优势；相比于成熟增长极，山东在核心城市能级、产业轴带协同、科技成果转化和区域辐射带动效应等方面仍然面临诸多挑战。基于此，应强化济青双核中心地位，打通省内优势产业轴带，贯通科技成果转化链条，构建沿黄及辐射北方地区的协作网络，形成具有山东特色的制造业支撑型、海洋开放型、沿黄带动型增长极路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Focusing on Shandong’s strategic positioning as a key economic growth pole in Northern China, this study constructs an indicator system for economic growth poles and analyzes the spatio-temporal distribution and spatial correlations of the economic growth pole index. Furthermore, it selects major economic growth pole regions—including the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Chengdu-Chongqing, and Middle Yangtze River regions—to conduct a multi-dimensional comparison with Shandong. The study finds that Shandong has become the most significant growth hub in Northern China outside the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, possessing advantages in industrial foundations, growth capacity, transportation systems, and location functions in the Yellow River-to-Sea corridor. However, compared to mature growth poles, Shandong still faces numerous challenges regarding the competitiveness of its core cities, the synergy of industrial corridors, the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, and its regional spillover effects. Based on these findings, efforts should be made to strengthen the dual-core status of Jinan and Qingdao, integrate the province’s advantageous industrial corridors, streamline the chain of technology transfer, and establish a collaborative network along the Yellow River that extends to northern regions. This will help forge a growth pole pathway with Shandong’s distinctive characteristics, characterized by manufacturing support, maritime openness, and Yellow River-driven development.更多还原
