聚合硫酸铁的制备及其在废水处理中的应用研究

【摘要】 以聚合硫酸铁(PFS)的制备及其废水处理应用为核心项目,研究PFS的氯酸钾法和双氧水法制备、表征及性能测试。结果表明,氯酸钾法在硫酸用量为2.5 mL、55℃时,效果最佳。双氧水法在硫酸用量为2.5 mL、双氧水用量为13.5 mL时,符合一级品标准,且PFS对实验室无机废液处理效果良好。该实验将材料制备与实际应用结合,不仅提升了学生的实验设计、数据分析能力及环保意识,而且为PFS的水处理应用提供了理论支持。同时,为无机化学实验教学提供了创新范例,兼具教学与实践价值。

【Abstract】 The core project involves the synthesis and water treatment application of polyferric sulfate(PFS). The experimental curriculum encompasses PFS preparation via potassium chlorate and hydrogen peroxide methods, material characterization, and performance evaluation.Results demonstrate that the potassium chlorate method achieves optimal performance with 2.5 m L sulfuric acid at 55 ℃, while the hydrogen peroxide method yields first-grade PFS when using 2.5 m L sulfuric acid and 13.5 m L hydrogen peroxide, with effective treatment of laboratory inorganic wastewater.This integrated approach combining material synthesis with practical applications significantly enhances students’ experimental design capabilities, data analysis skills, and environmental awareness, while providing theoretical support for PFS applications in water treatment. This reform serves as an innovative model for inorganic chemistry laboratory education, demonstrating both pedagogical and practical significance.
