多级热集成碳三碳四混合脱氢系统控制策略探究

【摘要】 针对多级热集成碳三碳四混合脱氢系统的复杂工况,研究尝试对其动态控制策略进行优化,解决热源-热阱动态匹配、多变量耦合及扰动抑制等控制难题,确保节能系统能够安全、高效运行。具体实践中,深入解析热泵余热分级利用、芳烃溶剂回收等多变量耦合特性,提出分层递阶控制架构。研究结论表明:优化策略令抗扰动响应时间缩短40%,结焦风险降低60%,为多级热集成系统的动态控制升级提供了新思路。

【Abstract】 In response to the complex operating conditions of the multi-stage thermal integrated carbon three carbon four mixed dehydrogenation system, this study attempts to optimize its dynamic control strategy, solve control problems such as dynamic matching of heat source and heat sink, multivariable coupling, and disturbance suppression, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the energy-saving system. In specific practice, in-depth analysis of the coupling characteristics of multiple variables such as heat pump waste heat classification utilization and aromatic solvent recovery is conducted, and a hierarchical control architecture is proposed. The research conclusion shows that the optimization strategy reduces the disturbance response time by 40% and the coking risk by 60%, providing a new idea for the dynamic control upgrade of multi-stage thermal integrated systems.
