利用聚集诱导发光材料检测毒物的研究进展
Research Progress on the Detection of Poisons Using Aggregation-Induced Emission Materials
【摘要】 毒物检测一直是法医毒理学研究的主要内容之一。由于具有独特的发光特性和抗光漂白能力等优点,聚集诱导发光材料逐渐进入了法医学领域。本文总结了近年来利用聚集诱导发光材料检测各类毒物的原理、结果及其应用。当前研究工作的主要重点是设计和开发AIE活性材料,例如包括基于TPE的衍生物、芘基、有机染料和AIE活性金属有机框架等,可用于检测金属离子、氰化物、醇类、有毒气体、有机磷农药以及毒品等,未来有望广泛应用于法医毒物检测。
【Abstract】 Due to the unique luminescence properties and anti-photobleaching ability, aggregation-induced luminescent materials have gradually entered the field of forensic science. In this paper, we summarize the principles and applications of the use of aggregation-induced luminescent materials for the detection of various poisons in recent years. The main focus of current research work is to design and develop AIE active materials, such as TPE-based derivatives, pyrene, organic dyes, and AIE active metal-organic frameworks, which can be used for the detection of metal ions, cyanide, alcohols, toxic gases, organophosphorus pesticides, and drugs, etc., and are expected to be widely used in forensic toxicology detection in the future.
