一种无固相高密度完井液体系研究

【摘要】 油气资源勘探开发逐渐由浅层向中深层开始转变,高温高压油气藏越来越多。为了满足高温高压油气田的完井作业要求,以高密度复合盐HDCS为加重材料,并结合缓蚀剂、防水锁剂和除氧剂等处理剂,研制了一套适合高温高压油气田的无固相高密度复合盐完井液体系,并对其综合性能进行了评价。结果表明:该完井液的密度最高可达1.75 g/cm~3。耐高温性能较强,经过160℃耐温老化,完井液的密度、pH值、表观黏度和浊度值均较为稳定;完井液对超级13Cr钢片的腐蚀速率小于0.076 mm/a;完井液与地层水和钻井液的配伍性均比较好,不会产生明显的浑浊、结晶或者结块现象。同时完井液对岩芯的渗透率恢复值仍能达到85%以上,具有较好的储层保护效果。研究表明高密度复合盐完井液体系能够满足高温高压油气田完井作业施工的需求,具有良好的推广应用前景。

【Abstract】 The exploration and development of oil and gas resources are gradually shifting from shallow to medium-deep layers, resulting in an increasing number of high-temperature and high-pressure reservoirs. To meet the completion requirements of high-temperature and high-pressure oil and gas fields, a solid-free high-density composite salt completion fluid system was developed using the high-density composite salt HDCS as the weighting material, combined with additives such as corrosion inhibitors, water-blocking prevention agents, and oxygen scavengers. The comprehensive performance of the system was evaluated. The results show that the density of the completion fluid can reach up to 1.75 g/cm~3. It exhibits strong high-temperature resistance, with stable density, pH value, apparent viscosity, and turbidity after aging at 160 ℃. The corrosion rate of the completion fluid on super 13Cr steel sheets is less than 0.076 mm/a. The compatibility of the completion fluid with formation water and drilling fluid is favorable, with no significant turbidity, crystallization, or agglomeration observed. Additionally, the permeability recovery value of the completion fluid for core samples can still exceed 85%, demonstrating effective reservoir protection. The study concludes that the high-density composite salt completion fluid system can meet the requirements of completion operations in high-temperature and high-pressure oil and gas fields, showing promising potential for widespread application.
