【摘要】 乡村民宿化更新是提升乡村经济的关键路径，科学评价其绩效对实现乡村可持续发展至关重要。基于乡村韧性视角，围绕经济、生态、社会、文化、制度5个韧性维度构建乡村民宿化更新绩效评价指标体系；应用基于G1-反熵权法的物元可拓综合评价模型，对青岛杨家山里黄泥巷村进行实例分析。结果表明该项目整体韧性达到Ⅰ级，即高韧性，评价准确反映项目的良好绩效，与实际情况相符。本文为乡村民宿化更新项目管理和绩效评价提供了借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a key pathway to enhancing the rural economy, scientific evaluation of the performance of rural lodging renewal is crucial for the sustainable development of the countryside. From the perspective of rural resilience, we constructed a performance evaluation index system for rural lodging renewal, encompassing five dimensions: economic, ecological, social, cultural, and institutional resilience. An object-element topological comprehensive evaluation model based on the G1-antientropy weight method was applied to analyze the case of Huangnixiang Village in Yangjiashanli, Qingdao. The results show that the overall resilience of the project reaches level Ⅰ, namely "high resilience", which is consistent with the actual situation. The evaluation accurately reflects the good performance of the project. This study provides a valuable reference for the management and performance evaluation of rural lodging renewal projects.更多还原
