【Abstract】 In today’s online live streaming environment, tipping has become increasingly common, leading to urgent issues in the legal recognition of these tipping activities. However, the current laws in China lack clear provisions in this area, resulting in discrepancies in the legal recognition of these activities in practice. To address this, the article suggests establishing a clear standard for judgment to resolve these issues, thereby improving the relevant legal framework and promoting the healthy development of the online live streaming industry.更多还原
