【摘要】 花样游泳在青少年群体的普及与推广是花样游泳未来发展的重要影响因素，本文选取全国开展花样游泳项目的 11个地市，47所俱乐部的教练员、运动员及家长群体为研究对象，运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数据统计法等研究方法，对我国青少年花样游泳运动发展现状进行分析。研究认为，花样游泳项目在青少年群体的发展需要加大基层培训机构宣传力度，拓宽选材渠道；花样游泳训练大纲的撰写对基层培训机构的训练起指导作用，需要使其内容更具科学性、合理性与实用性；青少年花样游泳的比赛项目设置应增加比赛内容，丰富比赛组别，丰厚比赛奖励措施，鼓励更多青少年参与到花样游泳运动中来。更多还原

【Abstract】 The popularization and promotion of Artistic Swimming among teenagers is an important factor for its future development. The research subjects included coaches, athletes and parents from 47 clubs in 11 cities that carried out synchronized swimming. The present situation of Artistic Swimming for teenagers in China is analyzed by means of literature, expert interview and data statistics. The research suggests that the development of Artistic Swimming among teenagers needs to strengthen the publicity and broaden the selection of materials; The training outline of Artistic Swimming has guiding effect on the training of basic training; Meanwhile the content of training program should be more practical, scientific and reasonable; Youth Artistic Swimming competitions should include more content, more categories and incentives to encourage more youngsters to participate in Artistic Swimming.更多还原
