运动生理学的起源与发展——基于希尔对能量代谢的追溯
Origin and Development of Exercise Physiology——Based on Hill’s Tracing of Skeletal Muscle Energy Metabolism
【摘要】 追溯阿奇博尔德·维维安·希尔对骨骼肌能量代谢相关研究,从学科知识体系进行梳理、分析和总结,认为其与现代运动生理学基础知识体系是一脉相承的,是运动生理学的逻辑起点,这不仅奠定了运动生理学的研究基础,促进了运动生理学的发展,也为当今运动生理学研究提供探索动力。本文系统地回顾希尔早期能量代谢相关研究的科学思路与方法,这对运动训练或运动健身中的运动生理学问题开展系统性研究具有重要的价值与意义。
【Abstract】 Archibald Vivian Hill’s research on skeletal muscle energy metabolism is reviewed, analyzed and summarized from the disciplinary knowledge system, and it is believed that it is in line with the basic knowledge system of modern exercise physiology and is the logical starting point of exercise physiology, which not only lays the research foundation of exercise physiology, but also promotes the development of exercise physiology. It also provides impetus for the study of exercise physiology. This paper systematically reviews the scientific thinking and methods of Hill’s early research on energy metabolism, which is of great value and significance for the systematic study of exercise physiology in sports training or sports fitness.
