【摘要】 企业创新链延伸是提升创新链整体效能的关键环节，智能化转型对于推进企业创新链延伸具有重要意义。基于2012—2022年中国制造业上市公司数据，实证检验了智能化转型对制造企业创新链延伸的影响机理。结果表明，智能化转型能够显著提升制造企业创新链各环节的效能，并有效增强创新链的延伸性。机制分析显示，高质量人才在智能化转型促进创新链延伸中具有显著的中介效应。异质性分析发现，智能化转型对创新链延伸的促进作用在不同地理区域、不同产权性质企业之间存在显著差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 The extension of enterprise innovation chains served as a crucial step in improving the overall efficiency of the innovation chain, amd intelligent transformation played a vital role in advancing the extension of innovation chains. Using empirical data from Chinese listed manufacturing companies from 2012 to 2022, the paper empirically tested the impact mechanism of intelligent transformation on the extension of innovation chains in manufacturing enterprises. The results indicated that intelligent transformation significantly improved the effectiveness of each segment within the innovation chain and markedly enhanced its extensibility. Mechanism analyses demonstrated that, high-quality talent played a significant mediating role in the process of intelligent transformation driving the extension of innovation chains. Heterogeneity analysis showed that the promoting effect of intelligent transformation on innovation chain extension varied significantly across different geographical regions and among enterprises with different ownership structures.更多还原
