【摘要】 目的 探讨温通刮痧疗法在肩颈痛症患者治疗中的临床效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2024年12月佛山市第二人民医院收治的62例肩颈痛症患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=31,常规治疗)、观察组(n=31,在常规治疗基础上采用温通刮痧疗法)。比较两组疼痛、颈椎病症状功能、睡眠质量。结果 治疗后，观察组NRS评分与对照组均有所下降，且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组田中靖久量化表评分与对照组均有所提升，且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分与对照组均有所降低，且观察组低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论 治疗肩颈痛症，温通刮痧疗法的临床应用效果较为显著，在缓解患者疼痛程度的同时，促进其颈椎功能恢复、改善睡眠质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of wentong scrapping therapy in the treatment of shoulder and neck pain. Methods:Sixty-two patients with shoulder and neck pain admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Foshan City from January 2022 to December 2024 were randomly divided into the control group(n=31, conventional treatment) and the observation group(n=31, based on conventional treatment, wentong scrapping therapy). The pain、symptoms and functions of cervical spondylosis and sleep quality were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the NRS score of the observation group and the control group decreased, and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The score of Tanaka Jingjiu Quantitative Scale in the observation group and the control group was improved(P<0.05), and the score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001). Conclusion:For the treatment of shoulder and neck pain, the clinical application effect of the warm and promoting scraping therapy is quite remarkable. It not only alleviates the pain level of patients, but also promotes the recovery of their cervical spine function and improves their sleep quality.更多还原
