共轭亚油酸对奶山羊乳成分及血液脂肪酸组成的影响

【摘要】 文章探究了共轭亚油酸(Conjugated linoleic acid,CLA)对奶山羊乳成分、羊奶和血液脂肪酸组成的影响。选取12只泌乳中期的萨能奶山羊,随机分为对照组(CON组)和试验组(CLA组,基础日粮中添加90 g/d CLA)。经过5 d适应期后,进行21 d正式试验,采集羊血和羊奶样本进行测定。CLA的添加显著减少了羊乳脂肪含量及总固体物质(P<0.05),对乳蛋白和乳糖含量并未产生显著影响(P > 0.05)。CLA处理改变了奶山羊血液和羊奶脂肪酸组成,羊血中C18:1n9t、C18:2(c9t11-CLA)、C18:2(t10c12-CLA)等含量显著增加(P<0.05),羊奶中C6:0、C8:0、C10:0等短链脂肪酸含量显著降低(P<0.05),而C18:0、C18:1n9t、C18:2(c9t11-CLA)等含量显著升高(P<0.05)。结果表明,CLA能够降低奶山羊乳脂肪含量,影响血液和乳脂肪酸组成,该结果为CLA在反刍动物乳脂调控中的作用提供了科学依据。

【Abstract】 This article investigate the effects of conjugated linoleic acid(CLA) on the composition of goat milk, sheep milk, and blood fatty acids.Twelve mid lactation Saanen dairy goats were selected and randomly divided into a control group(CON group) and an experimental group(CLA group, with 90 g/d CLA added to the basal diet). After a 5-day adaptation period, a 21 day formal experiment was conducted,and blood and goat milk samples were collected for analysis. The addition of CLA significantly reduced the fat content and total solid matter in goat milk(P< 0.05), but had no significant effect on the content of milk protein and lactose(P>0.05). CLA treatment changed the composition of fatty acids in the blood and sheep milk of dairy goats. The contents of C18:1n9t, C18:2(c9t11-CLA), C18:2(t10c12-CIA) and other short chain fatty acids in sheep blood significantly increased(P<0.05), while the contents of C6:0, C8:0, C10:0 and other short chain fatty acids in sheep milk significantly decreased(P<0.05). However, the contents of C18:0, C18:1n9t, C18:2(c9t11-CLA) and other short chain fatty acids in sheep milk significantly increased(P<0.05). The results showed that CLA can affect the fatty acid composition of sheep milk and blood, significantly reducing milk fat content, providing a scientific basis for the role of CLA in regulating milk fat in ruminant animals.
