【摘要】 在我国青少年心理健康问题日益受到关注的背景下，植根于西方个人主义文化的现代心理学范式，在解释和应对中国青少年心理困境时，日益暴露其结构性局限与文化隔阂。西方主流的“个体赋能”模型将人视为孤立实体的方法论，与中国社会“关系本位”的现实，以及“五育并举”“核心素养”等教育理念所强调整体性、关系性的人格发展路径存在深层张力。中华优秀传统文化所蕴含的心性智慧与关系伦理，为青少年心理健康教育提供了另一种“安顿生命”的语言与路径，即在伦理关系中确立归属、在文化传承中建立认同、在身心修养中超越小我。基于此，应将中华优秀传统文化智慧在“核心素养”视域下创造性融入青少年心理健康教育，构建一种既能科学干预个体心理问题，又能为青少年提供意义支撑、文化认同与整体人格发展的心理健康教育新范式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Against the background of increasing attention to adolescent mental health issues in China, modern psychological paradigms rooted in Western individualistic culture have increasingly exposed their structural limitations and cultural barriers in explaining and addressing the psychological dilemmas of Chinese adolescents. The mainstream Western "individual empowerment" model, which regards human beings as isolated entities in its methodology, is deeply inconsistent with the "relation-oriented" reality of Chinese society and the holistic and relational personality development path emphasized by educational concepts of "Five Education Initiatives" and "Core Competencies". The mentality wisdom and relational ethics contained in fine traditional Chinese culture provide an alternative language and path for adolescent mental health education, that is, establishing a sense of belonging in ethical relations, building identity in cultural inheritance, and transcending the small self in physical and mental cultivation. In response, we should creatively integrate the wisdom of fine traditional Chinese culture into adolescent mental health education from the perspective of "core competencies", and construct a new paradigm of mental health education that can not only scientifically intervene in individual psychological problems, but also provide adolescents with meaning support, cultural identity and overall personality development.更多还原
