光热双重响应型蓖麻油基动态共价聚合物网络的构筑与性能
Fabrication and properties of photothermal dual-responsive castor oil-based dynamic covalent polymer network
【摘要】 为开发新型的蓖麻油基功能聚合物材料,提高林业资源相关产品的附加值,首先采用蓖麻酸为原料制备了一种融合羧基和肟-氨基甲酸酯基团的活性预聚体HCOABD,进而与不同环氧树脂进行交联共聚构筑了一系列融合肟-氨基甲酸酯、酯基和叔胺官能团的蓖麻油基动态共价聚合物网络(CO-DCPNs)。经FTIR分析验证目标产物成功制备。分析了不同聚合体系的力学性能、形状记忆、自修复和热性能。结果表明,所构筑的CO-DCPNs均具有优异的耐热性、热稳定性和可控的力学性能,其中HCOABD/EBA30聚合体系拥有最佳的拉伸性能,其拉伸强度可达27.95 MPa,断裂伸长率可达37.11%。所构筑的CO-DCPNs具有优异的热响应形状记忆功能。肟-氨基甲酸酯基团的引入可赋予材料优异的光热转化效应,材料在紫外光点光源照射下均可局部迅速升温并引起材料的形变,赋予CO-DCPNs优异的光热双重响应形状记忆性能,共聚体系内的动态肟-氨基甲酸酯和叔胺基团的自催化酯交换下赋予共聚体系一定的可再加工性。
【Abstract】 To develop novel castor oil-based functional polymer materials and enhance the value-added potential of forest resource-related products,the ricinoleic acid was firstly utilized as a raw material to prepare an active prepolymer HCOABD containing both carboxyl and oxime-carbamate groups.And then the prepared HCOABD was copolymerized with different epoxy resins to construct a series of castor oil-based dynamic covalent polymer networks(CO-DCPNs) containing oxime-carbamate,ester,and tertiary amine functional groups.FTIR analysis confirmed the successful preparation of the target products,and the mechanical properties,shape memory,self-healing,and thermal properties of different polymerization systems were all investigated.The results show that all the constructed CO-DCPNs possess excellent heat resistance,thermal stability,and controllable mechanical properties.Among them,the HCOABD/EBA30 polymerization system exhibited the best overall tensile performance,with a tensile strength reaching 27.95 MPa while maintaining an elongation at break of 37.11%.The introduction of oxime-carbamate groups imparts outstanding photothermal conversion effects to the material.Under local ultraviolet point light irradiation,the material rapidly heats up and undergoes deformation,endowing the prepared CO-DCPNs with excellent photothermal dual responsive shape memory properties.The dynamic oxime-carbamate and tertiary amine groups within the copolymer system,through self-catalytic transesterification,bestow the copolymer system with a certain degree of reprocessability.
