【Abstract】 Professor Chen Xinghua established the “Lingnan Mind-Regulating and Fertility-Promoting Acupuncture Technique”,which is grounded in the Lingnan Luo’s School of Gynecology theory of the “kidneytiangui(reproduction-stimulating essence)-chong and ren(thoroughfare and conception meridians)-uterus axis” and incorporates the mind-regulating needling methods of Jin’s Three Needles. The syndrome differentiation posits that female infertility often results from disharmony of qi and blood in the chong and ren meridians,deficiency of the spleen and kidney, coupled with emotional stagnation. The treatment principle involves regulating the mind(brain spirit), tonifying the spleen and kidney, soothing liver stagnation, and dispelling damp-heat, with a primary focus on calming the spirit, stabilizing the will, and harmonizing qi and blood. Clinical practice has confirmed its significant therapeutic effects,establishing it as a safe and effective treatment for infertility in the Lingnan region.更多还原
