【摘要】 目的：基于数据挖掘技术分析冯祯根针灸治疗肩周炎的取穴规律。方法：收集整理2022年3月—2024年2月经冯祯根诊疗的肩周炎病历，使用SPSS Statistics 23.0软件和SPSS Modeler 18.0软件对针灸处方中腧穴的使用频次、归经进行统计分析，对腧穴进行关联规则、聚类分析等。结果：本研究共纳入200份医案的针灸处方，共涉及31个腧穴，总使用频次1 730次。使用频次排前10位的腧穴分别为阳陵泉、阴陵泉、足三里、曲垣、云门、中府、肩中俞、肩髃、臂臑、后溪；归经排名前3名的经络分别是手太阳小肠经303次（17.51%）、手太阴肺经284次（16.42%）及手阳明大肠经262次（15.14%）；经聚类分析，获得6类组穴；经关联规则分析，共获得51组穴位组合。结论：冯祯根主任治疗肩周炎首辨经脉，重视使用手太阳小肠经、手太阴肺经、手阳明大肠经穴，取穴遵循局部配穴及远近相配原则。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the acupoint selection rules of FENG Zhen’gen in treating frozen shoulder with acupuncture and moxibustion based on data mining. Methods:The medical records of frozen shoulder diagnosed and treated by FENG Zhen’gen from March 2022 to February 2024 were collected. SPSS Statistics 23.0 software and SPSS Modeler 18.0 software were used to analyze the frequency and meridian tropism of acupoints in acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions. Association rules and cluster analyses were performed on acupoints. Results:A total of 200 acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions were included in this study, involving 31 acupoints, with a total frequency of 1 730 times. The top 10 acupoints were Yanglingquan(GB 34),Yinlingquan(SP 9),Zusanli(ST 36),Quyuan(SI 13),Yunmen(LU 2),Zhongfu(LU 1),Jianzhongshu(SI 15),Jianyu(LI 15),Binao(LI 14),and Houxi(SI 3). The top 3 meridians in frequency were the hand Taiyang small intestine meridian(303 times,17.51%),the hand Taiyin lung meridian(284 times, 16.42%), and hand Yangming large intestine meridian(262 times,15.14%). Through cluster analysis,6 groups of acupoints were obtained. A total of 51 groups of acupoint combinations were obtained by association rule analysis. Conclusion:Director FENG first identified the meridians in the treatment of frozen shoulder,and paid attention to the use of the hand Taiyang small intestine meridian,hand Taiyin lung meridian,and hand Yangming large intestine meridian. The acupoints were selected according to the principle of selection of local acupoints and distant-adjacent acupoints.更多还原
