【摘要】 推动党建与事业发展深度融合是新时代高校各级党组织亟需破解的核心命题，亦是深化高等教育综合改革、服务教育强国战略目标的关键着力点。当前，部分高校二级学院仍不同程度地存在党建与业务工作“两张皮”现象，制约了其高质量发展进程。推动高校二级学院党建与事业发展深度融合，应积极构建“四驱联动”机制，通过加强思想引领筑牢融合根基、强化队伍建设激发融合动能、优化制度体系夯实融合保障、聚焦中心任务增强融合效能，形成“思想引领-队伍保障-制度支撑-推动发展”的闭环体系，切实破解融合难题，最终实现党建与事业“一融双高”的协同发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Deepening the integration of Party building with institutional development represents a critical task for Party organizations at all levels in universities in the new era.It also serves as a key focus for deepening the comprehensive reform of higher education and supporting the strategic goal of building a strong educational system.Currently, a “disconnection” between Party building and core operational work still persists to varying degrees in some secondary colleges within universities, hindering their high-quality development.To effectively promote this deep integration in secondary colleges, it is essential to actively construct a “Four-Pillar Integrated Mechanism”,which involves strengthening ideological guidance to lay a solid foundation for integration, reinforcing personnel development to stimulate driving force, optimizing institutional systems to consolidate safeguards, and focusing on central tasks to enhance its effectiveness.This creates a closed-loop system of “ideological guidance-personnel support-institutional backing-development promotion”, which tangibly addresses integration challenges and ultimately achieves the synergistic development of “Integration for Mutual Excellence” between Party building and institutional undertakings.更多还原
