国外工业领域清洁低碳氢应用进展及中国发展建议

【摘要】 清洁低碳氢是助力工业领域深度脱碳的重要路径,随着可再生能源发电技术的不断进步,以及高耗能行业低碳转型的逐步推进,清洁低碳氢在工业领域的应用价值日益凸显。梳理美国、德国、英国、日本等国家支持清洁低碳氢工业应用的政策,分析国外清洁低碳氢在钢铁、化工、炼油及其他行业的技术路径和项目进展,归纳总结了相关政策、集群、技术、合作等方面的经验措施,提出促进中国工业领域清洁低碳氢应用发展的若干建议。

【Abstract】 Clean and low-carbon hydrogen is a crucial pathway for achieving deep decarbonization in the industrial sector. With the continuous advancement of renewable energy power generation technologies and the progressive transition towards low-carbon in high-energy-consumption industries, the application value of clean and low-carbon hydrogen in the industrial field is becoming increasingly prominent. This paper reviews policies supporting the industrial application of clean and low-carbon hydrogen in countries such as the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Japan. It analyzes technical paths and project progress in sectors like steel, chemicals, oil refining, and other industries abroad. By summarizing experiences and measures in policy, industrial clustering, technology, and international cooperation, the paper proposes several suggestions to promote the development of clean and low-carbon hydrogen application in China’s industrial sector.
