市售指甲油中5种常见重金属含量检测

【摘要】 通过电消解-火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定市售指甲油中5种常见重金属汞(Hg)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、镍(Ni)和镉(Cd)的质量分数,并分析可能的来源和健康风险。结果表明,所建立方法的准确度、精密度、检出限和定量限、线性范围均符合我国《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)中对5种重金属质量分数的测定要求。27种指甲油样品中Zn,Cu,Ni,Cd质量分数均符合国内外化妆品中重金属限值要求,但Hg普遍超限。指甲油中重金属主要来源为原材料、生产过程引入或人为添加等,可能存在手-口转移摄入、皮肤接触穿透和甲板损伤等健康风险。

【Abstract】 The mass fractions of five heavy metals mercury(Hg), zinc(Zn), copper(Cu), nickel(Ni), and cadmium(Cd) in commercial nail polishes were detected by the electric digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrometry method, and their potential sources and health risks were discussed. The results showed that the method could meet the determination requirements of five heavy metals in Chinese Technical Specifications for Cosmetic Safety(2015 Edition) regarding accuracy, precision, detection limit, quantitative limit and linear range. The contents of Zn, Cu, Ni, and Cd in 27 kinds of nail polish samples all complied with the corresponding limitations in cosmetics at home and abroad, but those of Hg were generally beyond the limit. The primary sources of heavy metals in nail polishes include raw material, production process or intentional additives, and so on. The ways that cause potential health risks include hand to mouth transfer, skin contact penetration, and nail plate damage.
