【摘要】 目的：了解实习护生人文执业能力现状及影响因素，为各级护理管理者制订提升护生人文执业能力策略提供参考依据。方法：采用便利抽样法选取429名实习护生作为研究对象，采用一般资料调查问卷和护士人文执业能力调查量表进行调查，采用t检验、方差分析和秩和检验比较组间差异。结果：实习护生人文执业能力得分为(115.00±16.87)分；多元线性回归分析结果显示，接受过护士人文执业能力或者人文关怀方面的培训、家人关心程度越高、带教老师关心程度越高是实习护生人文执业能力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论：实习护生人文执业能力有待提高，医院管理者应制订针对性培养方案，加强对实习护生人文执业能力的培训，注重对护生的人文关怀，提升其人文关怀意识，建议构建家庭-学校-医院一体化人文培养模式，以系统性提高实习护生人文执业能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the current situation and influencing factors of humanistic caring ability of student nurses, so as to provide a reference for nursing managers at all levels to formulate strategies to improve the humanistic caring ability of student nurses.Methods: From May 2023 to July 2023,we used the convenient sampling method to select 429 student nursesas as the research objects, and they were investigated by using general information questionnaire and nurse′s humanistic caring ability inventory.The inter-group difference was compared by means of T Test, analysis of variance and rank sum test.Results: The score of humanistic caring ability of student nurses was(115.00±16.87).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that having received training in humanistic practice ability or humanistic care, higher degree of family care and more care from teaching nurses were the influencing factors of humanistic practice ability of intern nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion: The humanistic caring ability of student nurses needs to be improved.Hence hospital managers should formulate targeted training programs to upgrade the humanistic caring ability of student nurses, pay attention to the improvement of their humanistic care awareness and build an integrated family-school-hospital humanistic training mode so as to systematically improve the humanistic caring ability of student nurses.更多还原
