皮江法镁企业数字化转型研究
Research on the digital transformation of magnesium enterprises using the Pidgeon method
【摘要】 本文基于国家制造业数字化转型政策导向,深入剖析陕北金属镁企业现状,指出其因技术装备相对落后、生产能耗偏高及普遍存在的“哑设备”问题,导致生产数据难以有效采集与集成等核心数字化挑战。在此基础上,提出构建一个以数据采集与存储为基础,数据分析、能源管理、质量控制和生产管理为核心功能的“五位一体”数字化转型框架。该框架能为皮江法金属镁冶炼过程的节能降耗与质量稳定控制提供有效的数据支撑,对同类流程型冶金工业的数字化升级具有一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 Based on national policy guidance for the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry, this paper conducts an in-depth analysis on the current situation of magnesium enterprises in northern Shaanxi. It identifies core digitalization challenges, including difficulties in effectively collecting and integrating production data, which stem from relatively-outdated technological equipment, high energy consumption in production, and the widespread presence of non-networked equipment. On this basis, the paper proposes the establishment of a "five-in-one" digital transformation framework. This framework is built on a foundation of data collection and storage, with core functions encompassing data analysis, energy management, quality control and production management. It can provide effective data support for energy conservation, consumption reduction and stable quality control in the Pidgeon method magnesium smelting process, offering certain reference value for the digital upgrading of similar process-based metallurgical industries.
