嫁接对柴达木枸杞植株生长特性及果实品质的影响
Effects of Grafting on Growth Characteristics and Fruit Quality of Lycium barbarum of Qaidam Basin
【摘要】 为明确嫁接技术对枸杞生长特性及果实品质的影响,本试验选取高抗根腐病的枸杞品种为砧木,分别与四个本地高产优质品种嫁接,构成JJ1、JJ2、JJ3、JJ4 4个砧穗组合,测定其生长指标、产量、果实经济性状及品质。结果表明:不同砧穗组合可以有效改善枸杞生长及果实发育,其中JJ2表现最优,其叶宽、叶厚和茎粗较接穗均有所增加,分别增加了26.77%,36.71%和16.33%。产量方面,嫁接一年后各组合单果重和单枝产量均低于接穗,JJ1结果数与接穗无显著差异。果实经济性状方面,仅JJ2果实纵径、横径及果形指数与接穗无显著差异;JJ3和JJ4果实纵径和横径均减小,果皮显著增厚,JJ3果皮厚度较接穗增加35.71%。果实品质方面,JJ1和JJ3嫁接后果实多糖、类黄酮含量显著升高,JJ3多糖含量高达5.78 mg/g,类黄酮含量也提高了78.92%,而JJ2的次生代谢物含量均低于接穗品种。主成分分析显示,四个组合亲和性优劣排序为:JJ2>JJ1>JJ4>JJ3。综上,JJ2亲和性最好,性状稳定,适宜推广。
【Abstract】 To clarify the effects of grafting techniques on the growth characteristics and fruit quality of Lycium barbarum, this experiment selected Lycium barbarum varieties with highly resistance to root rot as the rootstock, grafted it with 4 local high-yield and high-quality varieties, and constructed four grafting combinations: JJ1, JJ2, JJ3 and JJ4. Growth indices, yield, fruit economic traits and quality were measured. The results indicated that different rootstock-scion combinations could effectively improve the growth and fruit development of Lycium barbarum. Among them, JJ2 exhibited the best performance, with its leaf width, leaf thickness, and stem diameter increasing by 26.77%, 36.71%, and 16.33%, respectively, compared to the corresponding scion. In terms of yield, one year after grafting, both the single fruit weight and single branch yield of each combination were lower than that of the scion, while the number of fruits per branch for JJ1 showed no significant difference from the scion. In terms of fruit economic traits, only JJ2 showed no significant difference from the scion in fruit longitudinal diameter, fruit transverse diameters, and fruit shape index. The longitudinal and transverse dismeters of JJ3 and JJ4 fruits decreased, with significantly thicker fruit peel, the peel thickness of JJ3 increased by 35.71% compared to the scion. In terms of fruit quality, the content of polysaccharide and flavonoid in JJ1 and JJ3 fruits significantly increased after grafting. JJ3 had a polysaccharide content as high as 5.78 mg/g, and its flavonoid content also increased by 78.92%, while the content of secondary metabolites in JJ2 was lower than that of the scion variety. Principal component analysis indicated that the compatibility of the four combinations ranked as follows: JJ2>JJ1>JJ4>JJ3. In summary, JJ2 exhibited the best compatibility, stable traits, making it suitable for promotion.
