【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the impact of the academic program and granting criteria for the specialist master’s degree on the postgraduate education system in the engineering major of our Merchant Marine College.It identifies the main problems in the training mode and process.Based on the revision of the training plan,the reform of the teaching mode,the establishment of school-enterprise joint training bases,the building of the supervisor team,the expansion of the learning course content,graduation and employment,and feedback from employers,developments and suggestions are proposed to improve the quality of specialist master’s degree training.更多还原
