【摘要】 机动车乘员用安全带和约束系统是汽车发生二次碰撞乘员防护全价值链路的一环，其与儿童约束系统、安全带提醒装置、安全带假人等国家标准和行业标准存在强关联性，且其内容庞杂，不易系统性理解和掌握。本研究基于标准制修订过程中和标准执行中出现的问题和行业关心的内容，从新产品应用和标准重点变化内容两个方面解构GB 14166-2024《机动车乘员用安全带和约束系统》的新定义、新技术和新方法，为我国汽车安全带和约束系统法规执行和相关产品应用和开发提供技术参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Safety belts and restraint systems for occupants of power-driven vehicles forms an important part of the full-value chain of secondary collision protection for automotive safety restraint systems. It is highly correlated with national and industrial standards covering child restraint systems, seatbelt reminder systems, and crash test dummies for safety belts. Due to its extensive and complex content, the standard is difficult to systematically understand and master. Based on issues encountered during the standard development, revision and implementation, as well as industry concerns, this study deconstructs the new definitions, new technologies and new methods specified in the national standard GB14166-2024 of “Safety belts and restraint systems for occupants of power-driven vehicles” from two perspectives: new products and key changes in the standard.
