【摘要】 [目的/意义]系统梳理与比较中美高校图书馆的绩效管理实践差异，借鉴美国的成熟经验，为优化我国高校图书馆的绩效管理体系、提升管理效能提供参考。[方法/过程]采用KH Coder文本分析工具，选取美国耶鲁大学、哈佛大学、哥伦比亚大学图书馆及中国上海大学、厦门大学图书馆作为案例，结合国内核心期刊文献，综合运用高频词统计、对应分析、共现网络与交叉分析等方法进行量化与质性比较研究。[结果/结论]美国高校图书馆绩效管理呈现出以目标设定、过程辅导与员工发展为核心的全过程管理，并深度融合数字化工具以提升效能，相比之下，我国高校图书馆在绩效管理实践中存在一定的短板影响了绩效效能的发挥。基于此，建议借鉴美国的成熟经验，从制度设计、技术赋能与文化培育三个层面系统完善我国高校图书馆的绩效管理路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose/significance] This paper systematically examines and compares the differences in performance management practices between Chinese and American university libraries. By drawing on the mature experience of the United States, it aims to provide a reference for optimizing the performance management system of Chinese university libraries and enhancing management efficiency. [Method/process] This paper uses the KH Coder text analysis tool and selects the libraries of Yale University, Harvard University, Columbia University in the United States, as well as Shanghai University and Xiamen University in China as case studies. By combining with domestic core journal literature, it comprehensively employs methods such as frequency word statistics, correspondence analysis, co-occurrence networks, and cross-analysis for quantitative and qualitative comparative research. [Result/conclusion] The performance management of university libraries in the United States presents a full-process management centered on goal setting, process guidance and employee development, and deeply integrates digital tools to enhance efficiency. In contrast, there are certain shortcomings in the performance management practice of university libraries in China, which affects the exertion of performance efficiency. Based on this, it is suggested to draw on the mature experience of the United States and systematically improve the performance management path of university libraries in China from the three aspects of system design, technology empowerment, and culture cultivation.更多还原
