【摘要】 制度自信是我国意识形态的核心要素。大学生坚定我国的制度自信，关系到国家意识形态的整体安全。当前，此领域缺乏对我国大学生制度自信水平现状的定量刻画，不利于政策措施的精准制定，测量量表开发不足是导致这一短板的首要原因。本研究在深入分析党的十九届四中全会精神内涵的基础上，根据心理测量学的科学程序，编制我国大学生制度自信量表。验证性因子分析及跨多属性的不变性检验结果表明，此次开发的量表在大学生群体中具有良好的信效度，普适性强。这为制度自信量化研究的深化，提供了有力的支撑。未来可进一步探索构建含有二阶因子的量表，并增加测量题项，使制度自信量表更加成熟与稳健。更多还原

【Abstract】 Institutional confidence constitutes a core element of China’s ideological framework, and the degree to which university students possess such confidence has significant implications for overall ideological security. At present, there is a lack of quantitative assessment tools capable of accurately measuring institutional confidence among Chinese university students, which constrains the formulation of targeted policy measures. Based on a thorough interpretation of the guiding spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee and following rigorous psychometric procedures, this study develops an institutional confidence scale tailored to Chinese university students. Results from confirmatory factor analysis and multi-group invariance testing demonstrate that the scale possesses strong reliability, validity, and applicability. The findings provide robust methodological support for advancing quantitative research on institutional confidence and contribute to strengthening leadership in ideological work. Future research may further refine the scale by constructing second-order factor models and expanding measurement items to enhance its stability and maturity.更多还原
