聚丙烯酸酯高分子分散剂在高水溶性悬浮剂中的研究与应用
Research and application of polyacrylate polymer dispersants in highly water-soluble SC
【摘要】 高水溶性悬浮剂由于原药在水中具有一定溶解度,面临着物理稳定性差、奥氏熟化明显、砂磨效率低等难题。呋虫胺作为第三代新烟碱类杀虫剂,具有杀虫谱广、速效性好等优点,目前呋虫胺登记最多的剂型是悬浮剂,但由于呋虫胺在水中溶解度为40 g/L,属于高水溶性原药,在悬浮剂体系中容易出现热储转常温析晶、膏化、结底等一系列问题。为探索聚丙烯酸酯高分子分散剂G-1349在呋虫胺系列悬浮剂中的研究与应用,采用湿法砂磨工艺制备了30%哒螨灵·呋虫胺悬浮剂,并对配方中分散剂进行筛选,确定了配方为哒螨灵22.5%,呋虫胺7.5%,G-13494%,601磺酸盐2%,1152 1%,3007 1%,乙二醇4%,消泡剂0.4%、黄原胶0.15%,水补足,该配方各项指标均符合悬浮剂检测标准,并且热储转常温60 d未观察到析晶。并将该配方成功复制到了40%丁醚脲·呋虫胺悬浮剂和15%氟啶虫酰胺·呋虫胺悬浮剂上,这表明G-1349在不同含量的呋虫胺系列悬浮剂中有一定的通用性,能延长呋虫胺热储转常温析晶时间,从而进一步拓展了G-1349在水溶性大的农药中的应用。
【Abstract】 Suspension concentrates(SCs) containing highly water-soluble active ingredients face challenges such as poor physical stability, significant Ostwald ripening, and low grinding efficiency due to the inherent solubility of the active ingredient in water. Dinotefuran, a third-generation neonicotinoid insecticide, is widely used for its broad insecticidal spectrum and fast-acting efficacy. Currently, SC is the most registered formulation for dinotefuran. However, with a water solubility of 40 g/L, dinotefuran falls into the category of highly water-soluble active ingredients, making its SC formulations prone to issues like crystallization, paste formation, and sedimentation after thermal storage followed by room-temperature conditions. To investigate the applicability of the polyacrylate polymer dispersant G-1349 in dinotefuran-based SCs, a pyridaben·dinotefuran 30% SC was prepared using wet grinding technology. Through optimization of the dispersant system, the final formulation was determined as follows: pyridaben(22.5%), dinotefuran(7.5%), G-1349(4%), 601 sulfonate(2%), 1152(1%), 3007(1%), ethylene glycol(4%), defoamer(0.4%), xanthan gum(0.15%), and water to make up 100%. All tested indicators of this formulation met the standard requirements for SCs, and no crystallization was observed after 60 days of thermal storage followed by room temperature. Furthermore, this formulation was successfully replicated in diafenthiuron·dinotefuran 40% SC and flonicamid·dinotefuran 15% SC,demonstrating the broad applicability of G-1349 across different dinotefuran-based SC formulations. The results indicate that G-1349 can effectively delay crystallization in dinotefuran SCs during thermal storage followed by room-temperature conditions, thereby expanding its utility in stabilizing highly water-soluble pesticide formulations.
