食葵成熟期果盘上不同着生部位籽粒的表观性状比较
Comparison of Phenotypic Traits of Grains at Different Positions on the Flower Disc of Edible Sunflower at the Maturity Stage
【摘要】 以食用型向日葵杂交种“辽嗑杂7号”为试材,在18 518株/hm~2密度下,研究成熟期食用型向日葵在果盘上不同着生部位的籽粒表观性状的差异。结果表明:食葵成熟后果盘上各圈籽粒总数、饱满籽粒数、瘪粒数、饱满籽粒重、籽仁率和结实率的最优值分别出现在外侧的第2圈、第1圈、第16圈、第2圈、第17圈和第14圈;籽粒的百粒重、面积、周长、长度和宽度的最优值分别出现在第3圈、第4圈、第6圈、第6圈和第4圈,且籽粒长宽比值由外向内逐渐增大;籽仁的百仁重、面积、周长、籽仁长度和宽度等的最优值分别出现在第4圈、第7圈、第7圈、第7圈和第4圈,籽仁长宽比值由外向内逐渐增大。
【Abstract】 The edible sunflower hybrid "Liaokeza No. 7" was used as a test material to study the differences in the phenotypic traits of grains at different positions on the flower disc of the edible sunflower at the maturity stage at a density of 18,518 plants·hm~2. The results show that the optimal value of the total number of grains, the number of full grains, the number of shriveled grains, the weight of full grains, the kernel percentage and the seed setting rate for each circle of the sunflower disc appears in the 2nd, 1st, 16th, 2nd, 17th and 14th circles from outside to inside, the optimal value of the 100-grain weight, area, perimeter, length and width appears in the 3rd, 4th, 6th, 6th and 4th circles, and the length-width ratio of grains increases from outside to inside. The optimal value of the 100-grain weight, area, perimeter, grain length and width of the kernel appears in the 4th, 7th, 7th, 7th and 4th circles, and the length-width ratio of the kernel increases gradually from outside to inside.
