【摘要】 在全面推进乡村振兴战略背景下，“人口倒挂”村流动青年管理教育服务已成为基层乡村治理的重要议题。针对“人口倒挂”村流动青年面临的就业不固定、活动组织难、力量难聚合等治理难题，开展多维度的实证研究，探求“人口倒挂”村流动青年管理教育服务模式的现实痛点。基于社会排斥理论视角，研究发现，“人口倒挂”村流动青年受制度性、经济性和文化性排斥的叠加影响，存在管理体制落后、经济发展受阻、文化融入度低等多重困境。因此，提出深化制度重构优化治理、强化经济赋能促进发展、推动文化融合增进认同等实践路径，为“人口倒挂”村流动青年管理教育服务提供可学习、可推广的实践路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of comprehensively promoting the rural revitalization strategy,the management and education of migrant youth in “population inversion” villages have become an important issue in grassroots rural governance. Focusing on the governance challenges faced by migrant youth in “population inversion” villages,such as unstable employment,difficulties in organizing activities,and difficulties in gathering forces,multidimensional empirical research is conducted to explore the practical pain points of the management and education model for migrant youth in “population inversion” villages. Based on the perspective of social exclusion theory,the study finds that migrant youth in “population inversion” villages are subject to the overlapping impacts of institutional,economic,and cultural exclusion,facing multiple difficulties such as backward management systems,hindered economic development,and low cultural integration.Therefore,practical paths are proposed,including deepening institutional reconstruction to optimize governance,strengthening economic empowerment to promote development,and promoting cultural integration to enhance identity,thus providing learnable and scalable practical paths for the management and education of migrant youth in “population inversion” villages.更多还原
