浙江省绿色办公建筑室内PM2.5浓度控制方法研究

【摘要】 室内细颗粒物(PM2.5)浓度对人体健康影响较大,绿色建筑对室内PM2.5浓度提出了相关指标要求。为实现绿色办公建筑的目标,需要找到控制室内PM2.5浓度的方法。本研究分析了办公建筑室内PM2.5的来源,主要包括室内人员活动和设备的产尘及室外PM2.5向室内的传输;统计了2020—2024年浙江省各地级市室外空气质量数据,整理出浙江省各地级市室外PM2.5日均浓度和年均浓度参数表;采用质量平衡方程控制室内PM2.5浓度,建立了室内PM2.5浓度控制模型,并针对全空气系统和末端+新风系统2种空调形式给出了相应的计算式;探讨了办公建筑中空气过滤器的选型方法,发现新风比是影响办公建筑空气过滤器效率的关键因素。

【Abstract】 The concentration of indoor fine particulate matter(PM2.5) has a significant impact on human health. Green buildings set relevant indicators for indoor PM2.5 concentrations. To achieve the goals of green office buildings, it is necessary to find methods to control indoor PM2.5 concentrations. This study analyses the source of indoor PM2.5 in office buildings, mainly including dust generated by indoor human activities and equipment, as well as the transmission of outdoor PM2.5 into indoor spaces. It compiles outdoor air quality data from each prefecture-level city in Zhejiang Province from 2020 to 2024, and organizes a parameter table of daily and annual average concentrations of outdoor PM2.5 for these cities. It uses a mass balance equation to control indoor PM2.5 concentration, establishes an indoor PM2.5 concentration control model, and proposes corresponding calculation formulas for two types of air conditioning systems: all-air system and terminal+outdoor air system. It also explores the selection methods of air filters in office buildings, and finds that the outdoor air ratio is a key factor affecting the efficiency of air filters in office buildings.
