基于硬件在环的虚拟发动机实验教学系统设计与实现
Design and Implementation of a Virtual Engine Experimental Teaching System based on Hardware-in-the-Loop
【摘要】 针对传统发动机台架实验教学面临的高成本、高能源消耗、高安全风险等诸多挑战,基于柴油机硬件在环技术开发了具有真实ECU闭环控制的虚拟发动机实验教学系统,采用FPGA硬件设计并实现了发动机传感器的信号模拟及执行器信号采集,通过负载板与真实ECU实物连接,实现虚拟发动机与ECU闭环控制;为支持虚拟发动机实验教学开发了包括实验管理、虚拟仪表与监控界面、数据管理、理论及实验指导手册等软件模块,设计了虚拟发动机实验教学系统的人机交互硬件设备,使用系统做实验测试并进行教学应用。结果表明,设计的虚拟发动机实验教学系统可以为发动机实验课程教学提供实践支持。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the challenges of high cost, high energy consumption and high safety risk faced by traditional engine bench experiment teaching, a virtual engine experiment teaching system with real ECU closed-loop control was developed based on the hardware-in-the-loop technology of diesel engine. The signal simulation of engine sensor and the signal acquisition of actuator were designed and realized by FPGA hardware. The virtual engine and ECU closed-loop control were realized by connecting the load board with the real ECU. In order to support the virtual engine experimental teaching, the software modules including experimental management, virtual instrument and monitoring interface, data management, theory and experimental guidance manual are developed. The human-computer interaction hardware equipment of the virtual engine experimental teaching system is designed, and the system is used for experimental test and teaching application. The results show that the designed virtual engine experimental teaching system can provide practical support for the teaching of engine experimental courses.
