【Abstract】 In response to the problems about hard regulation of learning process in purely online instruction and imbalanced resource in offline teaching, this study implemented the cross-university credit program for the Genetics Course based on Liaoning Province’s "Kuxue Liaoning" online platform. Through measures such as optimizing teaching content, enhancing the teaching platform, promoting online self-directed learning, facilitating offline interactive teaching, and reforming assessment methods, the teaching effectiveness has been significantly improved.
