【摘要】 思想政治工作是党开展一切工作的“生命线”,是党的优良传统、鲜明特色和突出政治优势。网络思想政治工作作为思想政治工作的新领域、新样态、新阵地，改进和创新网络思想政治工作对维护网络政治安全、加强网络意识形态舆论引导、提高风险治理能力具有重要意义。《中国共产党思想政治工作条例》的制定出台，为新时代网络思想政治工作的开展指明了前进方向。数字技术与智能技术深度融合的时代，网络空间不可避免地会衍生出主流话语稀释、错误思潮渗透、“算法伪装”诱导等，对网络思想政治工作带来诸多风险和挑战。同时，持续净化网络生态环境，强化内容供给与话语创新，构建网络协同治理新格局是赋能网络思想政治工作高质量发展的实践路径。面对数字全域化、泛在智能化、深度科技化的数智时代，网络思想政治工作应坚持加强党的创新理论网上宣传，实现“最大变量”为“最大增量”。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ideological and political work functions as the Party’s “lifeline” to carry out all its work, thanks to its fine traditions, distinctive features, and prominent political advantages. As a new field, new form, and new front, online ideological and political improvement and innovation is of great significance to maintain the online political security, to strengthen the online ideological guidance, and to enhance risk management capabilities. The formulation and implementation of the Regulations on Ideological and Political Work of the Communist Party of China points out the progress direction for the new era online ideological and political work. Owing to a deep integration of digital and intelligent technology, cyberspace inevitably induces mainstream discourse dilution, erroneous ideological infiltration, and “algorithmic disguise” induction, all of which poses risks and challenges to the online ideological and political work. At the same time, the high-quality online ideological and political development is also empowered through the continuous online ecological environment purification, strengthened content supply and discourse innovation, and new pattern construction of collaborative online governance. Faced up with the digital-intelligent era of digital universality, ubiquitous intelligence, and deep technological advancement, the online ideological and political work needs to strengthen the online promotion of the Party’s innovative theories, to convert the “mostly unpredictable variable” into the “greatest increment”.更多还原
