【摘要】 新型城镇化建设是布局全国统一大市场的重要环节，对促进数字化转型升级、实现生态文明建设目标具有战略意义。基于2011—2022年全国284个城市面板数据，以新型城镇化试点作为准自然实验，实证探究新型城镇化对数字化绿色化协同作用的影响。研究发现：新型城镇化试点显著促进数字化绿色化协同发展，在非资源型、高市场一体化、低创新水平城市的政策效果更明显。机制分析表明，内部要素流动和外部要素引入是新型城镇化推动双化协同发展的重要影响渠道；地方经济增长目标约束在其中起负向调节作用。拓展性分析显示，新型城镇化建设与智慧城市试点产生政策挤压效应，与碳排放权交易和社会信用建设试点的政策协同效应仍有待提升。研究从经验上揭示了新型城镇化试点产生的数字化绿色化协同效应，为城乡融合增强数字经济与绿色经济协同并进赋能高质量发展提供新视角。更多还原

【Abstract】 New-type urbanization is a crucial component of establishing a unified national market, which is of strategic significance to promoting digital transformation and achieving ecological civilization goals. Utilizing panel data from 284 Chinese cities spanning 2011 to 2022, this study employs the New-type Urbanization Pilot Policy as a quasi-natural experiment to empirically investigate its impact on the synergistic development of digitalization and greening. The results indicate that new-type urbanization significantly promotes such synergy, with stronger effects observed in cities with non-resource-based characteristics, higher levels of market integration, and lower levels of innovation capacity. Mechanism analysis reveals that the mobility of internal factors and the inflow of external factors serve as important channels through which new-type urbanization facilitates digital-green coordination, whereas the pursuit of local economic growth targets exerts a negative moderating effect. Extended analysis indicates a policy crowding-out effect between new-type urbanization pilots and smart city pilots, while policy synergies with carbon emission trading and social credit system construction remain insufficient. This study provides empirical evidence on the synergistic development of digitalization and greening driven by new-type urbanization, offering new insights into advancing high-quality development through urban-rural integration and the coordinated progress of the digital and green economies.更多还原
