【Abstract】 Against the backdrop of great changes in a century and the transformation of global governance,the new-era theory of China’s neighborhood diplomacy has established a logically coherent theoretical innovation system. Rooted in the fine traditional Chinese governance wisdom,Marxist international relations theory,and the diplomatic practice of New China,it aligns with the new-era strategic landscape. Its core includes new concepts such as “amity,sincerity,mutual benefit and inclusiveness” and “community with a shared future for neighboring countries”,new perspectives like the Asian Security Concept and the Concept of Righteousness and Interests,and key assertions such as “neighbors are vital to China’s survival and development”. These theoretical innovations break through the Western-centric paradigm: through practices like the Belt and Road Initiative and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization,they set examples for regional cooperation; rely on regional economic cooperation organizations to promote the innovation of non-hegemonic governance models; and use “harmony in diversity” to refute the clash of civilizations thesis,advancing the global governance of civilizations toward a “logic of symbiosis”. They not only provide theoretical support for building a community with a shared future for neighboring countries but also contribute Chinese solutions and wisdom to the reform of the global governance system through the positive interaction between theoretical innovation and practical exploration.更多还原
