【摘要】 目的 了解华中地区门诊患者人文关怀体验现状及其影响因素，为后续华中3省结合区域优势创新门诊服务模式提供理论依据。方法 采用便利抽样法选取华中地区3省36所医院15 747例门诊患者为研究对象，使用一般资料调查表和门诊患者就医人文关怀体验量表采集数据，多元线性回归分析人文关怀体验的主要影响因素。结果 华中地区门诊患者人文关怀体验总分为（206.94±24.90）分。年龄、婚姻状况、教育程度、家庭平均月收入、门诊流程清晰度、回访、付费方式、自己就医、3次或以上来该医院就医、在该医院住过院主要影响患者就医人文关怀体验（P<0.05）。结论 华中地区门诊患者人文关怀体验处于中上水平。院前服务、现场挂号和治疗/注射输液3个门诊就医环节人文关怀有待加强，建议通过优化人员配置、强化专业引导、开展重点流程的主动关怀培训及提升工作人员人文胜任力，改善门诊患者就医品质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the current status and influencing factors of humanistic care experiences among outpatients in Central China, and to provide reference for innovating outpatient service models by leveraging regional advantages in the three provinces of central China.Methods A convenience sample of 15,747 outpatients from 36 hospitals in three central China provinces was surveyed using a General Information Questionnaire and the Outpatient Experience of Humanistic Caring Scale(OEHC-Scale).Multiple linear regression was used to identify key factors influencing humanistic care experience.Results The OEHC-Scale score among central China outpatients was 206.94±24.90. Regression analysis identified age, marital status, education background, average monthly household income, clarity of outpatient procedure, follow-up visit, payment method, self-initiated medical visits, three or more visits to the hospital, and previous hospitalization at the hospital as significant influencing factors(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of humanistic care experience among outpatients in central China is above average. Humanistic care needs to be strengthened in three outpatient links: pre-hospital services, on-site registration, and treatment/injection and infusion. It is suggested that the quality of outpatient care be improved by optimizing staffing, strengthening professional guidance, carrying out proactive care training for key processes, and enhancing the humanistic competence of medical staff.更多还原
