【摘要】 目的 探索我国老年帕金森病患者家庭照顾者核心照顾能力特征要素，为后期构建老年帕金森病患者家庭照顾者照顾能力培训方案提供参考。方法 采用目的抽样法选取山西某三级甲等医院的14名老年帕金森病患者及其家庭照顾者，6名神经内科医务人员进行半结构化访谈，采用Colaizzi七步分析法进行资料分析与总结。结果 老年帕金森病患者家庭照顾者核心照顾能力特征可归纳为照护实践能力、综合素质、人际协调能力、情绪管理能力、资源获取及利用能力、照护态度及个人品质6个主题，包括16个亚主题。结论 老年帕金森病患者家庭照顾者需具备多方面的核心照顾能力，以照护实践能力为中心,其他能力相互配合，协同发展，未来应加强老年帕金森病患者家庭照顾者核心照护能力的培养，以满足老年帕金森病患者多样化的照护需求，实施高质量照护。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the characteristics of core caring competency of family caregivers of elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD) in China, with the aim of providing reference for the construction of training program on caregiving competencies for family caregivers of elderly patients with PD.Methods With purposive sampling, fourteen elderly patients with PD and their family caregivers and six neurology medical staff from a tertiary grade-A hospital in Shanxi were selected for semi-structured interviews. The data were analyzed and summarised using Colaizzi’s seven-step analysis.Results The core caring competencies of family caregivers of elderly patients with PD can be categorized into six themes with sixteen sub-themes. The six themes included caring practice competencies, comprehensive qualities, interpersonal coordination skills, emotional management skills, resource acquisition and use skills,attitudes to caring and personal qualities.Conclusion Family caregivers of elderly patients with PD need to possess a wide range of core caregiving competencies, with caregiving practice ability as the centre focus and other competencies working in coordination and developing synergistically. In the future, the development of core caregiving competencies of family caregivers of elderly people with PD should be strengthened to meet the diverse caregiving needs and deliver high-quality care.更多还原
