【Abstract】 With technological innovation driving the rapid development of new productive forces, traditional industries are accelerating their digital transformation and upgrading. This transition will generate substantial demand for non-degree education, presenting new opportunities for vocational colleges and their social training services. Against this backdrop, this paper focuses on the reform of teaching evaluation in non-degree education courses. It systematically analyzes the main issues in the current evaluation system and explores effective pathways to enhance evaluation quality. By optimizing evaluation concepts, innovating evaluation methods, enriching evaluation content, improving the structure of evaluators, standardizing the application of evaluation results, and establishing a scientific evaluation system, this study aims to comprehensively improve the teaching quality of non-degree education courses.
