【摘要】 通过对芜菁子挥发油进行体外降血糖试验，判断其降血糖作用。通过PNPG法进行α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的体外筛选，试验设对照组、样品组及样品空白组，通过酶标仪于波长405 nm处检测生成产物对硝基苯酚（PNP）的吸光度，计算其抑制率。结果表明，芜菁子挥发油在酶浓度为0.040 0,0.102 4,4.000 0 U/mol时的平均抑制率分别为93.14%,95.58%和46.25%,3次平行试验抑制率的标准差分别为0.04,0.03,0.02。芜菁子挥发油对2型糖尿病的发生有一定抑制作用，为芜菁子的二次开发利用提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article conducted in vitro hypoglycemic experiments on the volatile oil of turnip seeds to determine whether it had hypoglycemic effects. The experiment used PNPG method to screen α-glucosidase inhibitors in vitro. In this experiment,a control group,a sample group,and a sample blank group were set up. The absorbance value of the generated product p-nitrophenol(PNP) was detected by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assa(EL-ISA) reader at 405 nm to calculate its inhibition rate. The results showed that the average inhibition rates of the volatile oil from turnip seeds at enzyme concentrations of0.040 0,0.102 4,4.000 0 U/mol were 93.14%,95.58%,and 46.25%,respectively. The standard deviations of the inhibition rates in three parallel experiments were 0.04,0.03,and 0.02,respectively. The results showed that the volatile oil of turnip seed had a certain inhibitory effect on the occurrence of type 2 diabetes,and provided a reference for the secondary development and utilization of turnip seed.更多还原
