【Abstract】 Urban-rural integration serves as a pivotal strategic direction for addressing the current issue of unbalanced and inadequate development. However, the driving forces propelling urban-rural integration in the new era have shifted: new-quality productive forces have emerged as the new engine for urban-rural integration, and urban-rural integration itself has become an important source of new-quality productive forces. The interaction between new-quality productive forces and urban-rural integration inherently encompasses the renewal of the theoretical discourse system of urban-rural integration, a critical approach to resolving the principal contradiction at the current stage, and the value concept of advancing modernization through the interplay of major strategies. There exists an inherent coupling and interactive nexus between new-quality productive forces and urban-rural integration. New-quality productive forces can empower urban-rural integration, while urban-rural integration can promote the cultivation of the new-quality productive forces. To achieve the interaction between new-quality productive forces and urban-rural integration, it is necessary to further establish a political resource sharing system, thus laying the institutional groundwork for such interaction; leverage the supporting role of digital technologies, thereby building the technological foundation for interaction; and develop constructive markets, so as to consolidate the market underpinning for interaction.更多还原
