【Abstract】 A political party’s international outlook reflects its global vision and sense of global responsibility, serving as a crucial basis for formulating its diplomatic strategies and conducting diplomatic engagements. The international outlook of the Communist Party of China in the new era is rooted in the international outlooks of classical Marxist author, and integrates the essence of China’s fine traditional culture and contemporary practical experiences. It embodies a progressive logic that unfolds across three dimensions: the subject, the object, and the whole. The subject dimension anchors the international positioning and responsibilities of the Party and the state; the object dimension focuses on the ideal form and practical path of relations among political parties, states, and civilizations around the world; and the whole dimension includes forward-looking insights into the future trends of the international community. This important ideological form not only reflects the level of development of the Communist Party of China’s political civilization, but also provides fundamental guidance for major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics, contributing Chinese wisdom to the development and evolution of the international order.更多还原
