基于幅值预测的固态断路器过流保护方法
Overcurrent protection method of solid state circuit breaker based on amplitude prediction
【摘要】 交流固态断路器的动作时间与线路故障的检测与识别速度密切相关,为了满足交流固态断路器的快速动作特性,本文引入了电流幅值预测模型,提出了具有过载和短路故障识别功能的数字控制方法。以SiC MOSFET作为主器件,采用STM32单片机作为控制单元,研制了一款基于数字控制的交流固态断路器,并对其进行了短路和过载故障试验。结果表明:采用的幅值预测和数字控制的检测和识别方法能在不同相角发生短路故障时迅速切断电路,动作时间为微秒级别,在不同过载倍数和对应保护时间下能够准确动作,且过载和短路故障不会出现误判现象。
【Abstract】 The operation time of alternating current(AC) solid-state circuit breaker(SSCB) is closely related to the detection and identification speed of low-voltage distribution lines faults. In order to meet the quick operation characteristics of AC solid-state circuit breakers, a current amplitude prediction model was introduced in this study, and a digital control method with overload and short-circuit fault identification functions was proposed. An AC solid state circuit breaker based on digital control was developed by using SiC MOSFET as the main device, the STM32 was used as the control module, and the short-circuit and overload fault tests were performed. The results showed that the detection and identification method of amplitude prediction and digital control could quickly cut off the circuit when short-circuit fault occurred at different phase angles, and the operation time was μs level, and the method could realize the quick and accurate operation under the different overload capability and corresponding protection time, while misjudgment of overloads and short-circuit faults were eliminated.
