【摘要】 新时代以来，党和国家为实现共同富裕的伟大理想，要求着力解决人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾，实现人民精神层面的富有和满足。语言文字不仅能通过赋能个体、联通资本、催化新质生产要素等方式为精神文明建设筑牢物质基础，还能发挥先天优势，直接作用于人民精神生活。结合浙江省26个山区县在语言文字赋能共富中的实际情况，本文发现方言保护传承力度不够、社会用字失范、语言资源转化不足、语言能力不足制约基层治理和老年群体获取服务较难等问题仍然存在。寻找破解难题的可能路径，是语言文字工作者投身精神层面共同富裕建设的使命所在。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the new era, to realize the great ideal of common prosperity, the Party and the state have been striving to realize the great ideal of common prosperity, aiming to address the contradiction between the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and insufficient development, and to achieve spiritual wealth and satisfaction for the people. The language not only lays a solid material foundation for the construction of spiritual civilization by empowering individuals, connecting capital, and catalyzing new production factors, but also leverages its inherent advantages to directly impact people’s spiritual life. Based on the actual situation of language empowerment for common prosperity in 26 mountainous counties and cities in Zhejiang Province, we find that issues such as insufficient protection and inheritance of dialects, irregular use of characters in society, inadequate transformation of language resources, and language ability limitations on grassroots governance and access to services for the elderly still persist. Finding possible paths to overcome these challenges is the mission of language workers in the pursuit of common prosperity.更多还原
