【摘要】 脑卒中后遗症严重影响患者生活质量，肩手综合征、偏瘫等常见后遗症的治疗已成为医学研究热点。文章就近十年来腕踝针疗法在脑卒中后遗症治疗中的临床应用现状进行综述，介绍其在肩手综合征、偏瘫、偏身感觉障碍、吞咽障碍、失眠及便秘等病症中的应用情况。研究表明，腕踝针疗法在改善脑卒中后遗症方面具有显著优势，操作简便且安全有效，可通过调节神经系统，增加局部血流灌注，抑制炎性反应，促进组织修复再生，从而改善肢体功能障碍。文章旨在为腕踝针疗法的临床应用提供一定参考，以期推动其在脑卒中后遗症治疗领域的进一步发展与应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Post-stroke sequelae significantly affect the quality of life of patients. The treatment of common sequelae such as shoulder-hand syndrome and hemiplegia has become a hot topic in medical research. This article reviews the clinical application status of wrist-ankle acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke sequelae in the past decade and introduces its clinical application in various sequelae such as shoulder-hand syndrome, hemiplegia, hemisensory disturbance, dysphagia, insomnia, and constipation. It is concluded that wrist-ankle acupuncture has significant advantages in improving post-stroke sequelae, is simple to operate, safe and effective, and can regulate the nervous system, effectively increase blood flow perfusion, inhibit inflammatory responses, promote tissue regeneration and repair, and improve limb functional disorders. This article aims to provide some reference for the clinical application plan of wrist-ankle acupuncture and promote its progress in the treatment of post-stroke sequelae.更多还原
