【摘要】 东汉张仲景《金匮要略》论述病因之仲景三条中未记载情志致病这一病因，但其理法方药隐含情志疾病之辨治思路，且至今仍在临床上应用广泛、疗效显著，但尚未挖掘。文章介绍以病为纲，抓主症的情志病与类情志病之辨治思路。基于“双泛四辨”模式，结合脏腑经络辨治法，又把其分为“泛经络”与“泛脏腑”两种，并从“四辨”即辨因、辨机，辨证、辨治论治情志异常疾病。同时总结分析“泛脏腑”情志病与类情志病之辨治思路，即“基于阴阳、兼顾五脏”辨治“惊恐悲忧”类，“分清虚实、因势利导”辨治“烦躁谵狂痫”类，“重视脾胃，祛湿蠲饮”辨治“莫可名状”类。并且结合现代医家的临床经验，深入研究并总结仲景治疗情志病与类情志病之规律，冀为未来临床治疗情志异常疾病提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the Eastern Han Dynasty, Zhang Zhongjing’s “The Golden Essentials”discusses the etiology, and the etiology of emotional illness is not recorded in the three articles of Zhongjing.However, many of his chapters on rational prescriptions are related to sentiments.It implies the idea of identifying and treating emotional-related diseases. It is still widely used in clinical practice and has significant efficacy, but it has not yet been explored.Based on its main symptoms and taking the disease as the key link, this paper proposes the idea of distinguishing and treating emotional diseases and similar affective disorders.Based on “two pans and four distinctions” model, and the viscera meridian differentiation methods, it is divided into two categories: “pan meridians” and “pan viscera”.And from the “four distinctions”,that is, to distinguish the cause and mechanism, and to distinguish and treat the abnormal emotional disease.At the same time, the ideas of differentiation and treatment of “pan-viscera” emotional disease and quasi-emotional disease were summarized and analyzed, that is, “based on yin and yang, taking into account the five organs” to distinguish and treat “panic and sorrow”,“distinguishing between the virtual and the real, and taking advantage of the situation” to distinguish and treat “irritability, and epilepsy”,and “attaching importance to the spleen and stomach, dispelling dampness and drinking” to distinguish and treat “inexplicability”.Combined with the clinical experience of modern doctors, the paper deeply studies and summarizes the rules of Zhongjing’s treatment of emotion-related diseases, hoping to provide reference for the future clinical treatment of emotion-related diseases.更多还原
