基于智能药柜与AIMS的麻精药品闭环管理系统构建及性能评价

【摘要】 目的 在国家加强麻精药品监管与智慧医院建设的大背景下,构建一套融合智能电子药柜、麻精药品管理平台与麻醉信息管理系统(AIMS)的麻精药品智能闭环管理体系,并在真实临床场景中从管理成效与系统性能两个维度评价其规范性、安全性与运行可靠性。方法 系统采用模块化设计,构建术前备药、术中记录、术后核对、安瓿管理和账物校验五个核心子模块,并通过智能药柜、图像识别、权限控制与AIMS接口实现“取—用—回—核—计”全链条闭环管理。基于2023年8月(实施前)和2023年12月(实施后)手术室数据比较流程规范性与差错控制指标,并开展医护人员满意度调查。与此同时,通过系统日志与人工复核记录开展系统性能测试。结果 系统实施后,麻醉用药准备单日清率由(84.46±5.50)%提升至(91.66±4.11)%;日均计费差错由(7.65±5.44)支降至(2.86±2.41)支;空安瓿回收缺口由(3.87±3.61)个降至(1.05±2.09)个(P<0.05)。满意度量表总分为(43.54±5.28)分,Cronbach’s α=0.908。系统性能测试显示,空安瓿识别召回率与精确率分别为99.66%与99.32%,自动盘点一致率达94.13%以上,系统可用性达99.96%。结论 麻精药品闭环管理系统不仅显著提升麻醉科麻精药品管理的规范性、安全性与可追溯性,同时在识别准确性、库存一致性与系统稳定性方面表现优异,可为智慧医院建设背景下高风险药品的精细化管理提供可靠的技术路径,值得推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To develop an intelligent closed-loop management system for narcotic and psychotropic drugs by integrating intelligent electronic drug cabinets,a controlled-substance management platform,and an anesthesia information management system(AIMS),and to evaluate its compliance,safety,and operational performance in real clinical settings,under the backdrop of the country’s strengthened supervision of psychotropic and narcotic drugs and the construction of smart hospitals.Methods The modular system includes five functional components,preoperative medication preparation,intraoperative documentation,postoperative verification,ampoule management,and inventory reconciliation,supporting a full workflow of retrieve-use-return-verify-record.Indicators of process compliance and error control were compared between August 2023(pre-implementation) and December 2023(post-implementation).Staff satisfaction was assessed,and system performance was examined using system logs and manual verification.Results After implementation,the daily clearance rate of medication preparation sheets increased from(84.46±5.50)% to(91.66±4.11)%,while billing errors per day decreased from(7.65±5.44) to(2.86±2.41) and missing ampoules decreased from(3.87±3.61) to(1.05±2.09)(P <0.05).The total score of staff satisfaction scale was(43.54±5.28;Cronbach’s α=0.908).System testing showed a recall and precision of 99.66%and 99.32% for ampoule recognition,automated inventory consistency above 94.13%,and system availability of 99.96%.Conclusion The intelligent closed-loop system markedly improved the standardization,safety,and traceability of narcotic and psychotropic drug management,while demonstrating high recognition accuracy,inventory consistency,and stability.It provides a reliable and scalable solution for high-risk drug management within smart hospital settings.
