【摘要】 为响应教育部全面推进高校课程思政建设的要求，以绵阳师范学院体育教育专业“体操运动”课程为案例，探索将思政教育融入体操教学的有效路径，旨在强化未来体育教师的师德规范和职业操守，落实“为国育才”目标.系统梳理出“体操运动”课程蕴含的爱国主义、集体主义、规则意识、拼搏精神等8大思政元素，据此设计了“目标引领-单元分解-课堂落实-评价反馈”的教学实践路径，并通过案例分析与行动研究相结合的方法进行了实践.针对实践过程中面临的课时缩减导致理论与实践融合不足、教师思政能力待提升、课程资源匮乏、实践平台缺乏、评价体系单一等困境，从多层面提出改进策略：学院层面应加强教师思政培训；教研室团队需协作构建内容与评价体系；教师应创新教学方法（如案例教学、翻转课堂）并建设在线资源；引导学生自觉树立师德目标，主动提升素养.研究表明，系统规划与协同改进是提升“体操运动”课程思政育人实效的关键.本研究总结的实践路径与策略，可为同类体育专业课程的思政建设提供参考.更多还原

【Abstract】 In response to the Ministry of Education’s call for comprehensive advancement of ideological and political education in university curricula,this study uses Gymnastics course from Mianyang Normal University’s Physical Education program as a case study to explore effective pathways for integrating ideological and political education into gymnastics instruction. The aim is to strengthen future physical education teachers’ professional ethics and conduct,thereby fulfilling the goal of “cultivating talent for the nation.” The course systematically identified eight ideological and political elements embedded within Gymnastics, including patriotism,collectivism,rule awareness,and the spirit of perseverance. Based on this analysis,a practical pathway of “goal-driven design-unit decomposition-classroom implementation-evaluation feedback” was developed and implemented through case studies and action research methods. This approach was implemented through a combination of case analysis and action research. Addressing challenges encountered during implementation—including insufficient integration of theory and practice due to reduced class hours,room for improvement in teachers’ ideological and political capabilities,scarcity of course resources,ack of practical platforms,and a monolithic evaluation system—multilevel improvement strategies were proposed:At the college level, strengthen ideological and political training for teachers;Teaching and research teams should collaborate to develop content and evaluation systems;Instructors should innovate teaching methods(e.g.,case-based teaching, flipped classrooms) and develop online resources;students should be guided to consciously establish professional ethics goals and proactively enhance their competencies. The study demonstrates that systematic planning and collaborative improvement are crucial for enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education in Gymnastics course. The summarized practical pathway and strategies developed in this research can provide reference for ideological and political development in similar physical education courses.更多还原
