空气源热泵地面辐射供暖系统控制策略研究

【摘要】 以热源采用户式空气源热泵机组、室内供暖系统采用地面辐射供暖系统的住户为研究对象。以供暖效果、热泵机组性能、能耗水平为评价指标,分别采用测试方法、仿真方法,对供暖系统控制策略(定供水温度、分时段调节供水温度)进行对比分析。由测试结果可知,各种控制策略均可使各测试房间室内温度满足热舒适度要求。受室外温度影响,热泵机组耗电量表现各异。宜采用仿真方法,在相同条件下对不同控制策略的供暖效果、热泵机组性能、能耗水平进行分析评价。为确保供暖效果,宜采用考虑室外温度、人员在室情况及作息的分时段调节供水温度控制策略。在确保供暖效果的前提下,分时段调节供水温度控制策略的热泵机组性能与能耗水平更佳,但调节时段不宜过多。

【Abstract】 Residential heating systems combining household air-source heat pumps with floor radiant heating was investigated.Using heating performance,heat pump efficiency,and energy consumption as key metrics,constant supply water temperature versus time-dependent temperature adjustment control strategies was compared using testing and simulation methods respectively.The results show that all strategies can make the indoor temperature of each tested room meet the thermal comfort requirements.The power consumption of the heat pump unit varies due to the influence of outdoor temperature.It is advisable to use the simulation method to analyze and evaluate the heating effect,heat pump unit performance,and energy consumption level of different control strategies under the same conditions.To ensure the heating effect,a time-periodic adjustment strategy for water supply temperature that considers outdoor temperature,indoor occupancy,and daily schedules should be adopted.On the premise of ensuring the heating effect,the time-periodic adjustment strategy for water supply temperature results in better heat pump unit performance and energy consumption level,but the number of adjustment periods should not be excessive.
